An unforgettable night of music, poetry, and students’ fellowship reigned at the Voix, the pioneering event of VCIS Student Council held last December 11, 2015, at the Alveo Land Corporate Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. With the unswerving support of the whole VCIS community, the event did create a great blast off!

The seniors took the lead as they prepared and showcased their God-given skills on stage. Talented high school representatives showed a number of superb performances that the guests truly enjoyed. The event kicked off with a bubbly duet from Chico and Patty (Grade 11), followed by a poetry piece from Louise and Gabbie (Grade 10) that moved the viewers’ hearts. The poetry portion was trailed with solo acts by Seve (Grade 11) , Aya and Mishy (Grade 10), and a group piece by Daniel, JD, and Tristan (Grade 11) that further stirred the heeding audience. Camille (Grade 10), Abe and Matthew (Grade 11) then put the crowd on acoustic and relaxing mode.

The Grade 8 students took the spotlight through solo acoustic performances of Micah and Francesca, while the 7th graders showcased the duo act of Daniel and Ezrah, and a group serenade of Joshua, Luis, Hannah, and Gabbie. Thanks to the witty hosts, Kyle (Grade 8) and Monique (Student Council President, Grade 11), the event did not go mind-numbing! Surprise pieces from alumnus, Kristina, and English Literature teacher, Ms. Kira, added to the overflowing creativity, passion, and excellence that spilled over the place. A fellowship party with remix songs of Santi (Grade 11) playing in the background concluded the event. It was indeed an event that made December a month like no other!
